Kellanova, a global pioneer in snacking and innovative food solutions, is seeking a Senior Maintenance & Reliability Manager to spearhead reliability improvements and ensure top-tier maintenance across our manufacturing facilities. This role requires a seasoned professional who will utilize their expertise to enhance operational efficiencies, mitigate downtime, and contribute to the production of iconic brands like Cheez-It, Pringles, and Eggo. The successful candidate will strategize and implement state-of-the-art maintenance programs, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technological advancement within a dynamic manufacturing environment. Develop, implement, and regularly review maintenance strategies and reliability practices across all sites. Collaborate with production teams to ensure seamless manufacturing operations with minimal interruptions. Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial equipment. Lead a team of maintenance professionals, providing training and development support. Conduct root cause analysis for downtime incidents and develop corrective strategies. Administer budget for the maintenance department and ensure cost-effectiveness. Stay updated with the latest innovations in maintenance technology and integrate applicable solutions. Strong leadership and team management skills Expertise in mechanical and electrical systems Proficiency in maintenance management software Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to handle high pressure and crisis situations effectively Superior organizational and communication skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) or equivalent Project management certifications (e.g., PMP) preferred
