Product Support Specialist (Time and Attendance) General information Location: Florida - Florida - Remote, USA - USA - Remote Function: Customer/Technical Support Ref : 20220023122 Description & Requirements Description Job Summary: A Support Solutions UKG Time Management team member provides world class expertise to our customers as well as our team of highly skilled Customer Success Time Specialists supporting our UKG Time Management products. You play a key role in supporting our comprehensive Time Management solution suite, providing in-depth analysis and timely resolutions/workarounds for customer issues in areas such as: time sheet calculations, pay rules, interfaces, leave management, shift patterns and scheduling. Primary/Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities: Provide outstanding quality support to internal and external customers with a high degree of satisfaction and technical expertise, with thorough and timely response Liaise between Time Specialists, Development, and potentially third-party partners working to facilitate, isolate, qualify, resolve or provide solutions for problems reported by customers Acquire, maintain, and expand knowledge of relevant product offerings, scope documents, and current department policies and procedures in order to provide accurate solutions to internal and external customers Manage Swarms to assist in resolving cases KCS article review and creation Coaching, knowledge share and mentoring UKG Time Management Product Specialists Make recommendations for improving procedures Adhere to Support Center Practices (SCP) guidelines Qualifications Required Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Minimum of one year hands-on UKG Time Management experience Knowledge or experience UKG Time Management application Excellent analysis, problem determination and troubleshooting skills with the ability to know when to escalate to Product Analyst Team player: collaborative, seeks input, accepts and incorporates feedback from others, and freely offers assistance Highly organized, detail oriented and accurate with exceptional follow-up skills Experience in handling difficult or sensitive situations Strong verbal and written communication skills; being able to communicate effectively via printed material, on the telephone, and over electronic services Minimum two-year hands-on experience with Windows Operating Systems and Office Ability to multitask, including multiple high priority issues and able to set and manage expectations Customer-focused, positive and professional attitude Self-motivated with a desire to learn and develop new skills Education/Certification/License: Bachelors Degree in Business Admin, Accounting, or Human Resources a plus Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of UltiPro applications or equivalent applications and possess a high technical aptitude Knowledge of Salesforce Knowledge of Transact SQL (T-SQL) Corporate overview Here at UKG, Our Purpose Is People.
