Account Services Specialist Overview of Position This position serves customers by providing response to inquiries and resolving product or service issues. Communicates with internal and external customers to analyze, inform, and see requests to timely resolution. Develop and grows customer relationships What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

  • Manage and maintenance of high-profile customers
  • Communicate: proactive, professional, timely response to customer inquires
  • Analyze inquiry or issue, communicate, document to timely resolution
  • Provide technical instructions or feedback adjusting the information detailed/or high-level dependent on requester
  • Provide training to customers on best utilization of available tools, best practices, products
  • Perform trend analysis across tickets (inquires) and clients and provide regular reporting
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices and provide assistanceWhat are the requirements needed for this position?
  • 2-4 years of customer management support
  • 1+ years of Revenue Cycle experience
  • Minimum of High School diploma or equivalent experience (Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Excellent client facing/account management experience
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong analysis and reporting skillsWhat other skills/experience would be helpful to have?
  • Experience in healthcare revenue cycle and or healthcare payment posting
  • Experience in doctor's office a plus
  • Time management skills
  • Demonstrated Ability to quickly learn/retain new technology & applications
