OverviewThe Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Human Resource Management and Operations Teams in daily activities, promoting the departments service to the entire warehouse as it relates to Human Resource and Operational matters, and accepting daily duties as assigned by the Human Resources and Operations management teams. If you want to be a part of something bigger than you can imagine, you've come to the right place.To learn more about the incredible impact we're making on both our local and global communities,Click Here!ResponsibilitiesProcess, maintain, and respect highly confidential information including personnel filesMaintain Discipline and Attendance trackingOrientation presentationIn moment customer reporting/research (investigating root cause, reporting, follow-up) HRIS Data Entry Building activities - part of the community response team assists in execution of any building purchases for events Maintain all conference room calendars Assist with filing Associate personal data updates (change of address, phone number, contact info)Update org chart and phone directory list Oversight of purchasing/procuring food/snacks/room setup requests for meetings, orientations, etc. Monthly/Quarterly all building slides/presentation coordination and development All recognition program management (Identifies winners, orders plaques, awards, shirts, etc.) Pay close attention to detailComply with all safety regulations of the Service CenterMust adhere to all policies and procedures of the Service CenterMaintain a organized work areaWork with co-workers in a professional, respectful, cooperative, and courteous mannerRegular and punctual attendanceAbility to work overtime as requiredDemonstrate positive, customer service, and team-oriented demeanorPerform all other duties as assignedQualificationsAssociates degree or higher preferredMinimum of 6 months previous experience in a customer service/administrative roleComprehensive experience working with Microsoft Office including Excel. Outlook and Teams.
