Job Description JOB Description: The person will work directly
alongside of the Chief Development Officer to assist with the daily
operations of the family of companies within Secure Financial
Group. As the Operations Specialist, this person will be
responsible for supporting all facets of accounting, including
payroll, accounts receivable and payable also including purchase

work is being completed. Responsibilities: -- Support the Chief
Development Officer by defining scopes of projects with division
managers, identify key stakeholders --- both internal and external,
create work plans, determine resources (time, money, systems)
necessary, determine objectives and measures upon which the project
will be evaluated, and identify and manage key sequences to ensure
success -- Partner with the Chief Development Officer in growth
activities, which include but not limited to coordinating client
events, seminars, marketing campaigns, tradeshows, wholesaler
presentations, etc. -- Assist as a resource to department heads
with onboarding new employees, approving their team members weekly
time sheets and PTO requests. -- Assist Accounting Department with
payroll, advisor---s commissions, accounts receivable and payable.
This will include creating customer statements and processing
payments in QuickBooks. -- Maintain reports, data, and detailed
notes in Salesforce, related to advisors, clients, and employees.
-- Process sales kits and purchase order requests. Qualifications
and Skills -- Strong computer efficiency and skills, including MS
Office(Word, Excel, PowerPoint) -- Ability to learn new software
programs -- Strong organizational skills -- Strong work ethic --
Ability to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure in a
