motivated Business Development Coordinator to join our Gradient
Insurance Brokerage team. Gradient Insurance Brokerage, Inc is an
independent marketing organization offering fixed annuities and

Development Coordinator include but are not limited to:
- Create, run and analyze corporate and customer-based reports
for all pods on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
- Create and manage business operations in the areas of
- contracting
- onboarding
- project management
- campaign and call-out management
- product training
- production and goals management
- systems usage
- other as assigned
- Attend required training events as determined by
management
- Have a thorough knowledge of all Gradient companies and
services
- Conduct and manage thank you and client appreciation
opportunities
- Manage Pods' hitter lists and report weekly on Top 10
producers, serving in an advisory and business operations
capacity
- Provide contracting and product training support
- Provide onboarding support and direction
- Provide prospecting support
- Provide casework and illustrator follow ups
- Refer customers to other entities within the Gradient umbrella
of companies.
- Sending welcome kit, scheduling website navigation call,
sending MAP, following up on Memberships sent and event
registrations
- Register customers for training events as determined by
Pod.
- Manage Market Share request
- Client and prospect classification and list maintenance,
including management and coding within corporate CRM systems, Quick
Glance and other
- Create and manage marketing plans and calendars
- Manage and execute lead generation through marketing blasts,
direct mail, callouts and other
- Schedule calls, reminder confirmations, and provide follow-up
on all of VP of Marketing's' scheduled calls and non-scheduled
calls
- Developing and maintaining administrative process flows
- Training current employees and new employees; systems, file
structure, phone, printer, processes, etc.
- Lead team by communicating new procedures and answering
escalated questions
- All other duties as assigned Business Development Coordinator
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous executive assistant experience - Preferred
- Knowledge and fluency with Microsoft Office and Outlook
programs
- Knowledge of how to work with spreadsheets (Excel or Google
Docs)
- Knowledge of office procedures and of spelling, grammar,
punctuation, and arithmetic.
- Skill in organizing, prioritizing, and coordinating multiple
tasks at a time for a team
- Skill in data entry with minimal errors.
- Ability to step into a previously uncompleted task and utilize
resources and people to find solutions
- Ability to accurately prepare and maintain records, files, and
