**It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they're doing!****Job Description Summary:**Job Overview:The Customer/Lifecycle Marketer is the marketing champion of Rocket customers. In this role, they are responsible for global, day-to-day management of product messaging and execution of marketing strategies to drive retention and expansion among Rocket customers. In addition, the Life Cycle Product Marketer will execute upgrade campaigns, create frameworks for retention-focused Sales Plays, develop e-mail nurture campaigns and enable the Sales and Customer Success teams. As a new function within Rocket, it requires the incumbent to have a broad skillset and 'roll up your sleeves' approach as we discover opportunities, test innovative ways to engage, and work across the organization to instill a customer-centric approach to helping customers achieve their desired business outcomes.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities** :+ Drive Go-to-Market execution for a product line and/or solution, focused on customer retention.+ Build and develop value statements & use cases related to new releases.+ Develop communication strategy and Sales enablement plans throughout product lifecycle.+ Create/execute upgrade campaigns and retention-focused Sales Plays.+ Create/update product collateral, customer case studies, white papers, Web content, and sales tools to promote Rocket's solutions.+ Measure effectiveness of product marketing programs.**Required Qualifications:**+ 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience; enterprise software experience preferred.+ Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in B2B marketing, or equivalent experience+ Customer marketing experience preferred+ Working knowledge of enterprise software, how it's bought and consumed, and how customers use these solutions to solve specific business problems.+ Ability to connect with technical audiences and enlist them as champions for Rocket Software (and our products) within their organizations.+ Ability to convey complex technical benefits to business audiences.+ Ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.+ Solid project management and organization skills.+ Familiarity with messaging to multiple buyer, influencer and user personas sets.+ Strong writing skills.+ Proven ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders in multiple departments.+ Ability to work independently with minimal direction.+ Knowledge of the content services and enterprise content management markets is a plus, but not required.+ Understanding of database management systems such as Salesforce.com or other customer relationship marketing tools including creating custom reports and organizing, tagging, segmentation, import and export of CRM data.+ Familiarity with marketing automation systems (Eloqua, Marketo, etc.)**_During the interview process, candidates will be asked to provide writing samples._****Information Security:**Information security is everyone's responsibility.
