Systems Administrator to join our team. The preferred candidate
will work remotely in the Dallas TX area and be able to
periodically come into the office.Here is what you will be doing:+
Provide support of highest standard with minimal impact to
operations and within SLA+ Work Closely with the team(s) to deliver
strategically aligned global solutions+ Support BAU operations,
Continuous improvement and Optimization of Infrastructure systems
to provide a extensive, stable, mature, flexible, and well utilized
Hosting Infrastructure. This includes MS Windows Server and AD
Environment, Dell and Cisco Hardware, NetApp, VMware, Citrix, SQL,
Backup, Monitoring, and any other systems requested+ Manage
day-to-day SolarWinds alerts and Service Delivery queues for
various platforms for optimal operations, high availability and in
line with ITSM practices+ Triage problems within hosting platforms
like servers, storage, OS, Virtualization, and backup environments
as needed to ensure rapid restoration and service quality of Jacobs
IT applications and services.+ Support integrations and IT
architecture initiatives+ Periodically support server
infrastructure issues and participate in scheduled down times
during off-hours and weekends, both remotely and onsite+ Oversee
data backup and monitor system health and performance for business
continuity+ Manage installations, patches, upgrades and
configurations of hardware and software+ Perform and participate in
periodic audit and review processes to ensure compliance with NIST
800-171, CMMC, SOX, ISO 9001, 20000, 27000, and customer specific
requirements+ Assess system performance and analyze application and
network performance issues to identify the root cause and implement
corrective actions.+ Resolve issues escalated by technicians and
engineers+ Manage and maintain relationship, support, licensing and
contracts with vendors+ Control costs and participate in budget
process regarding IT systems+ Stay in tune with industry security

Typical salary range for this position is $108,900 to $147,000 and
is commensurate with experience relative to the position. For
"remote" positions, salary to be offered is geographic
dependent.**Here's What You'll Need:**Here is what you will need:+
Advanced experience working as a Systems Administrator with focus
on MS Windows Server OS, Active Directory, Dell and Cisco hardware,
Storage, SQL, Backup Technologies, Anti-Virus, Security, Citrix,
VMware, Service Management tools, End Point troubleshooting+
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Management Information
Systems, or other related field; or in lieu of degree, four (4)
years of additional related experience+ Established experience in
large scale deployments of MS Windows Server Administration, AD
administration, Server/Desktop Hardware troubleshooting, Storage,
VMWare, Citrix Backups/Archiving, Monitoring, Alerting and
Reporting in an Enterprise environment.+ A minimum of ten (10)
years of experience with business systems, hardware, and support
services+ Experience with Change Management and working in a
compliance heavy environment+ Knowledge of data protection
operations and legislation (e.g. GDPR)+ Leadership and
organizational skills+ Ability to manage multiple projects+
Outstanding communication skills+ Problem-solving aptitude+ Must be
able to provide proof of U.S. citizenship+ DoD Secret Clearance (or
ability to obtain)**Essential Functions****Physical Requirements of
Position:** Position will require heavy use of computing systems.
Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time.
Position may require filing, typing, and reading from a computer
screen. Must have sufficient mobility, included but not limited to:
bending, reaching, turning, and kneeling to complete daily duties
in a timely and efficient manner. There is a possibility that due
to parking availability and location of work, walking moderate to
long distances may be required. Must be able to lift up to 75
lbs.**Work Environment:** Position will be remote, generally in a
home office. Inside environment considerations: close quarters, low
to moderate noise, bright or dim lighting. Needs to be able to work
well with co-workers, customer, and all levels of management. No
hazards on job or unusual environmental conditions. Work site is
remote with occasional travel to the Dallas, TX office.**Equipment
and Machines:** Ability to operate office equipment such as a
personal computer, printer, telephone, and other equipment
including desk supplies and other work-related tools as
required.Attendance: Regular hours will be Monday - Friday 8:00am -
5:00pm. Regular attendance of scheduled hours is extremely
important, but not critical, except for deadlines and meetings.
Punctuality and regular attendance are necessary to meet deadlines.
Must exhibit flexibility of work hours to adjust to surge
situations based on critical mission requirements.**Other Essential
Functions:** Must demonstrate professional behavior at all times
when dealing with customers, management, and co-workers. Must have
clear, concise, and accurate communications skills in English, both
verbal and written. Grooming and dress must be appropriate for the
position and must not impose a safety risk to employees or others.
Must maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and
communicating in a professional manner. Independent personal
transportation to office or work site is required. Travel to and
from customer's locations and the test fields may be required to
support projects. This may involve airline travel. In some cases,
accommodations can possibly be made for POV, if necessary. When
operating any vehicle for work purposes, must wear seat belt and in
addition, no cellular devices are to be used when vehicle is in
motion. Must take and pass a drug test and background check. Must
put forward a professional behavior that enhances productivity and
