Job Description:
Summary:The Laborer position is assigned to the Processing
Department and works a rotating shift. The position is paid $24.64
per hour. Health and welfare benefits begin on date of
hire.Essential Functions:Must actively participate in Bunge s
Employee Safety Involvement PlanMaintain a safe work environment
for self and all employeesRequired to follow all HAACP procedures
and guidelines to ensure product safety and qualityOperate and
control soybean processing equipment/machinesRecord data, secures
samples and performs necessary process control tests required for
the successful operation of the plantMake adjustments and maintain
operating parametersGeneral housekeeping of the plantCross train in
all processesPerforms miscellaneous job related duties as
assignedSkill/Experience Requirements:High School diploma or GED
equivalent preferredDemonstrated ability to work in a team
environmentDemonstrated ability to work in a safety conscious
environmentSome mechanical background including the ability to
recognize signs of operational failureMust be able to proficiently
verbally communicate, read, and write in English for the purposes
of record keeping and quality training and processes.Must be
willing and able to work rotating shiftOvertime will be required
both as part of the normal schedule and to provide coverage as
