Available Shifts:Eve 2p-10pNights 10p-6aFlexible hours are available, full time and part time positions are available as well. Qualifications:Must be certified with State of Kansas as a CNA and CMA or LPN with a current certificate.Must be able to pass a criminal background checkJob Duties:

• Must be able to perform the essential tasks of a CNA in addition to the following.
• Administers medication utilizing aseptic technique as stipulated by practice guidelines from the Kansas Nurse Practice Act.
• Documents properly and promptly on the MAR or TAR at the time the medication or treatment is administered.
• Assesses and records appropriate VS needed for medication administration and for weekly and monthly tracking purposes.
• Administers medication safely: right time, right dose, right route, right drug, right resident, and right documentation.
• Observes and records resident for reactions to medications administered
• Responsible for performing treatments within the guidelines of the scope of practice as a CMA.
• Correctly demonstrates treatment procedures.
• Utilizes appropriate PPE during medication administration.
• Obtains blood sugar levels for residents as directed by charge nurse.And other duties per supervisorPI215495923
