Job Description:
A company is looking for a Loan Processor in the Mid Atlantic
region.
Key Responsibilities:
Process various types of residential mortgage loans in compliance
with company policies and regulatory requirements
Manage loan pipeline and ensure timely processing and communication
with stakeholders
Maintain awareness of industry regulations and changes to policies
and procedures
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of retail loan processing experience
Experience processing Conventional and Government (FHA/VA) loans;
USDA/Bond/Jumbo experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Fluency in Spanish is a plus
