Job Description:

A company is looking for a Community Responder in California.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for Virtual Support Services in California
Provide real-time virtual support to connect kinship families with resources
Research and vet local resources for potential partnerships

Required Qualifications:

2+ years of professional experience in mental health or related field
Experience accessing and navigating child welfare systems or social services
Lived experience or proximity to child welfare, such as former foster youth or kin caregiver
Fluency in Google Suite and other tech tools like Slack and Asana
Deep commitment to the mission and understanding of systemic oppression and inequity
