Payment Posting Specialist

Job Description:

A company is looking for a RCM Payment Poster - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact carriers, adjustors, and/or collectors to obtain necessary information for accurate payment posting
Initiate refunds for overpayments and follow up on payment allocations
Develop and update policies, engage in training, and maintain confidentiality

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED equivalent
Minimum of 1 year of customer service-related experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
Ability to navigate through multiple computer systems
Associate's degree preferred; knowledge of cash processing a plus
