Other duties may be assigned by management based on business needs. Conduct remill inventory levels daily of all stored remill in both totes and silos, submitting this inventory count into the Team Leader or Area Leader.Communicate with extruder technicians on daily production schedule to ensure efficient use of remill is being utilized.Record accurately on forms, batches made, totes filled and material that is sent to hog farm trailer.Communicate with Team Leaders and Leads regarding any problems or potential issues.Maintain an organized and neat workstation.Follow all safety regulations and good manufacturing practices at all times.Clean equipment as needed.Inspect equipment for operation and report any issues to Team Leader or Area Leader to get repairs done immediately.Can drive a fork lift safely and conduct daily forklift safety inspections.Empty out bins during changeovers, accurately identify the product, label the tote and store product properly for future use.Accurately identify stored product and reclaim material through dump station to correct destination bins.Maintain forklift and floor jacks.Available to work overtime as needed.Report unsafe conditions or work-related accidents to Team Leader, Manufacturing Manager or Safety Manager.Regular and predictable attendance.Minimum Job Requirements:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to write simple correspondence.Mathematical Skills: Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using American money and weight measurement, volume and distance.Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed but not uninvolved written and oral instructions.
