Job Description:

Summary:Performs clerical duties as assigned by wellpower Supervisor and Department Director.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Receives incoming calls and responds independently, answering questions, providing information or directing to appropriate team member.
  • Responds to wellpower emails in a timely manner, answering questions, providing information, or directing to appropriate team member.
  • Reaches out via phone and email to engage wellpower participants eligible to participate in one-one-one coaching.
  • Works in EPIC to document attempts to engage wellpower participants in one-on-one coaching as well as document Go Healthy! participants weights on the first day of class and upon completion of the course.
  • Works with wellpower Supervisor and Health Coaches to manage calendars.
  • Assists with wellpower event preparation including but not limited to making copies, printing needed documents, and laminating frequently used signs and instruction guides.
  • Demonstrates excellent judgment by recognizing the impact of his/her action on other internal/external departments/customers.
  • Maintains proactive communication with wellpower Supervisor and Director of Benefits and Wellpower to stay current on all things wellpower .
  • Accurately performs secretarial duties including data entry, filing, and correspondence.
  • Copies and scans documents as needed.
  • Maintains the highest level of confidentiality and discretion in all matters.
  • Maintains a white belt mentality, constantly learning and developing current procedures to remain as organized and efficient as possible.Miscellaneous:
    • Regularly evaluates scope of responsibility to assure the needs of the department are being met. Recommends refinements of role as the rapidly changing environment demands.
    • Completes projects as assigned or as identified by incumbent.Qualifications:To perform the job optimally, an individual must be organized and efficient, constantly improving his or her procedures based on the changing demands of the job. In order to become most proficient it is necessary to remain in frequent communication with the wellpower Supervisor and Coaches. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Education/Experience:HS Diploma/GED and one year clerical support experience required. College degree preferred. Prior secretarial experience is preferred.Supervisory Responsibilities:This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
