healthcare communications agency that offers a wide range of
services, including traditional pharmaceutical advertising,
promotional medical education, payer marketing, and consulting

drive category/brand awareness and growth. Position Overview BGB
Group is seeking a Director, Digital Production to oversee the
execution of digital projects, ensuring seamless workflow,
high-quality deliverables, and adherence to timelines and budgets.
This role is pivotal in coordinating cross-functional
teams-including designers, developers, content strategists, and
account leads—to manage digital production processes across web,
social, email, and other digital marketing channels. The ideal
candidate is a highly organized problem-solver with a deep
understanding of digital production, project management, and
stakeholder collaboration. This role requires technical
proficiency, a strong creative eye, and a results-driven mindset to
ensure successful execution of BGB’s digital initiatives. Role
Requirements Digital Production & Project Management · Oversee the
end-to-end Lead and manage the full lifecycle of production of
digital asset productions, including websites, banner ads, emails,
and interactive media. · Manage project timelines, deliverables,
and resources to ensure efficient execution and on-time delivery. ·
Implement and oversee approval workflows, ensuring quality control
at each production phase. · Act as a central point of coordination
between creative, development, and account teams, ensuring
alignment on objectives and requirements. Client & Stakeholder
Collaboration · Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
and internal teams during digital production phases, providing
updates and gathering feedback. · Collaborate with account
management and strategy teams to translate client goals into
actionable digital solutions. · Maintain clear documentation of
client requirements, project specifications, and production
timelines. Technical & Creative Oversight · Ensure digital
deliverables adhere to brand guidelines, UX/UI best practices, and
accessibility standards. · Work closely with designers and
developers to maintain quality, consistency, and functionality
across digital assets. · Oversee front-end and back-end production
tasks, including asset integration, testing, and troubleshooting. ·
Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility through
rigorous quality assurance (QA) processes. Process Optimization &
Innovation · Identify opportunities to enhance digital production
efficiency through process improvements and technology adoption. ·
Stay updated on emerging digital trends, platforms, and production
techniques to drive innovation. · Work with internal teams to
establish and refine best practices and workflows for scalable
digital production. Budget & Resource Management · Oversee project
budgets, tracking costs and optimizing resource allocation. ·
Manage vendor relationships and external production partners when
necessary. · Provide cost estimates and production forecasts to
project and account management teams. Team Leadership · Lead,
mentor, and develop a team of digital production managers,
coordinators, and cross-functional team members. · Collaborate with
senior leadership, creative, technology, and other agency teams to
ensure production aligns with broader business goals. · Influence
company-wide digital strategy and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with
capabilities and efficiencies. · Manage escalations and proactively
identify potential risks in processes; implement and advise
mitigation strategies Preferred Qualifications Experience · 8 years
of experience in digital production, project management, or a
similar role in a creative agency, digital marketing, or media
production environment. · Proven ability to manage multiple digital
projects simultaneously, from concept to execution. · Experience in
healthcare, pharma, or regulated industries is a plus. Technical &
Functional Skills · Strong proficiency in digital production tools
such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and CMS platforms. ·
Understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript,
and digital ad formats. · Experience with project management tools
(e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet). · Knowledge of SEO,
UX/UI best practices, and accessibility guidelines. · Familiarity
with marketing automation tools and content management systems.
Soft Skills & Leadership · Excellent organizational and project
management skills, with keen attention to detail. · Strong
communication and collaboration abilities to effectively engage
stakeholders. · Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt
to changing requirements. · Leadership capabilities to guide teams
and drive execution in a fast-paced environment. Salary Range:
$120,000-$150,000 The salary range provided is for the Kansas City,
MO hybrid position, which requires occasional in-office presence,
and represents what a potential hire may expect to earn in this
role at BGB. For candidates in other locations, salary will be
adjusted to reflect local market rates. Actual salary decisions
will be influenced by several factors that we use to determine
overall fit, including experience (both direct and indirect),
education, training, demonstrated qualifications, and
organizational need. Salary is only one component of the total
