Director Analytics Primary Function / Position Summary: You will be
responsible for helping our clients-from a Fortune 100 automotive
manufacturer-succeed by delivering high-quality data-driven reports
and initiatives that drive business impact from the marketing
activities to their customers. We are looking for an experienced,
statistically-savvy data analyst who can work with our clients to
understand their challenges, generate actionable insights that lead
to marketing programs, and evaluate the effectiveness of those
Programs. Major Responsibilites: Speak with clients to understand
their business challenges work with stakeholders to define, and get
access to, the data needed Query the required data across multiple
databases with SQL. Conduct statistically rigorous exploratory data
analysis (Python or R) to generate actionable insights Visualize
the data appropriately to tell the right data story for a
non-technical audience Work with a cross-functional team to
translate the insights into business recommendations that lead to
marketing programs Evaluate the effectiveness of the marketing
programs with sound statistical analysis Prioritize and Complete
Projects on Time Knowledge and Skills: Coding: Proficiency in SQL
and one programming language (Python or R) Statistics: Theoretical
understanding from university or self-taught courses, exploratory
data analysis, hypothesis testing (bonus: statistical modelling)
Listen deeply to understand the business problem first, before
jumping into the technology and methods Translate business
requirements into data solutions Work collaboratively with a team
to achieve common business goals Prioritize and work on multiple
projects while meetings deadlines Familiarity with CRM, website
analytics and dashboarding tools like Adobe Analytics / Google
Analytics, Salesforce, PowerBI, etc. Willingness and ability to
pick up new tools, technologies and methods Have physical and

time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation
varies based on job-related factors, including location, business
needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. We
offer a competitive benefits package. $75,000-$180,000 USD We

hybrid approach, with teams in the office an average of four days a
