service for promoting a healthy lifestyle with the aid of
technology that is easy to access and easy to use. Uniper's service
is customized to the needs and preferences of each user, aiming to
maximize wellbeing.
As a technician you will be shipped PPE (face shield, masks,
gloves, disposable gowns, booties) as well as a badge identifying
you as a Uniper technician and some other necessary supplies
(ethernet cables, extension cables, etc). Your main job will be
installing new Uniper devices into homes and connecting them to
either the home Wi-Fi or a provided hotspot. Other visits may
include picking up disconnected units or tech support visits.
The device is an TV box (similar to an AppleTV or Roku/Firestick)
with our software installed on it and has HDMI, USB, and ethernet
ports. They will be shipped directly to the installation site and
are already fully configured for each individual user. You will
arrive in full PPE with any additional supplies we sent to you and
install the unit in line with their cable (when possible). We will
train you on how to install the boxes and are available for phone
support at every visit should you encounter any issues. If
