You will use your knowledge of health, welfare, wellness, and
retirement plans to assist with plan administration, benefit
communications, and policy, process, and procedure development.
You'll be working closely with the Sr. Benefits Analyst, Benefit
Manager, other members of HR, Finance and Payroll as well as
third-party administrators, vendors and consultants.
In This Role, You Will
Oversee the designing, implementation, and evaluation of a
comprehensive wellness program that meets the needs of employees.
Provide leadership for Wellness Committee. Update COVID-19
vaccination status in tracking software.
Facilitate new employee benefit orientation, open enrollment
meetings and periodic employee educational meetings
Ensure timely and accurate processing of benefit invoices.
Administer the tuition assistance program
Provide guidance to employees, HR representatives, and managers on
the requirements and provisions of benefit programs and assists
with the resolution of potential problems
Assist with LOA administration, coordinating with third party
administrator, human resources and payroll to ensure efficient and
seamless processing of employee leave requests. Update applicable
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business and three years'
experience in benefits administration, or an equivalent combination
of education and related experience
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of benefit plan design,
administration procedures, wellness programs and some knowledge of
laws governing benefits compliance
Proficiency with MS office applications including v-lookups,
formula creation, and data validation skills
A demonstrated ability to excel in a fast-paced, complex
environment with tight deadlines and shifting priorities while
executing the benefits strategy
Orientation to detail and be able to manage multiple tasks
simultaneously, independently or as part of a team
Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate complex
information in a clear way to employees of all levels
Bonus Points For
Experience with systems such as Virgin Pulse, Benefitfocus, and UKG
Benefit training/certifications such as GBA, RPA, or CEBS
Process improvement experience and/or training/certifications

Salary Range: $49,600 - $74,400 This range is based on national
market data and may vary by location.
