The molding technician is responsible for all aspects of the injection molding process. Roles and Responsibilities Include: Responsible for all aspects of the injection molding process including, but not limited to, set-up and tear down, troubleshooting, equipment maintenance and work flow.. Employment Types: Full Time. Pay Rate: $17.50 / hour Duties: Job Description: Install and remove molds as directed Verify molds and machines are set up correctly prior to machine start up Make machine adjustments as necessary to reduce cycle time and eliminate scrap and rejected parts Sample and test new molds as directed Recommend repairs on molds and machines and red tag all molds requiring repair Insure all molds are properly stored and prepared when not in use Assist and educate lead persons on adjustments needed to produce good parts. Position Requirements: Qualifications: High School graduate preferred Three or more years of experience in molding environment referred Must have good mechanical ability Must be able to operate a forklift Very good human relations and communications skills to work effectively with a wide variety of people Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 20 pounds., required education: HS Diploma or GED.
