Maintenance Specialist II Shift: 3rd Hours: 10pm-7am Days:
Sunday-Thursday Maintenance Specialist IIMainstream Nonprofit

solutions including facilities management, finance, human
resources, information technology, marketing, program support, risk
management and training needs.Qualifications:High school diploma or
GED required.Previous residential maintenance and repair
experience, including basic carpentry, painting, HVAC, plumbing or
electrical, and basic janitorial.Prefer commercial maintenance and
repair experience, with chillers, boilers, and electrical
circuitsValid driver s license and meet agency underwriting

outcomes; maintain or grow in the required competency level for the
position; and ensure buildings, equipment, and supplies are
maintained.Physical Working RequirementsAbility to travel, driving
agency or personal vehicle including at night. Ability to do the
occasional lifting of up to 50lbs. Able to walk upstairs. Ability
to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend. This
employee is subject to outside environmental conditions
occasionally inside conditions frequently, with protection from
weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature change.If
