Supply Network Design Analyst

Responsible for product sourcing initiatives that include but are not limited to: designing the network strategy for NA product sourcing for existing and new products, managing regional and leveraging global capacities, to deliver the best service, seeking savings opportunities in product sourcing to help drive regional FTG (Funding the Growth) program and developing supply chain contingency plans for business interruption. Support the BDG/MYR process with plants and consolidate divisional position, developing standardized controlling processes and implementing on the sites.

Key partners are Hill's North America and Global Supply Chain Organization, Global Marketing & Innovation Team (GMIT), Science & Technology (S&T), Product Safety, Regulatory & Quality (PSRQ), and Customer Service & Logistics (CS&L).


Capacity Management - Review plant capacity and capability to support future business growth.
Contingency Planning - Work to develop and implement contingency plans for North America division that are actionable in case of a catastrophic event and interruption in the supply chain.
Funding the Growth (FTG) - Compile reports and/or presentations on regional savings projects (FTG / Reimagined). Ensure savings are captured and reported correctly
Product Sourcing: Support the development of sourcing strategy for new product launches and product source changes to deliver lowest cost supply structure while aligning with commercial needs and best service. This involves direct involvement with sourcing studies and coordinating new product launches to ensure smooth manufacturing startup and timely supply of goods
Compile reports and/or presentations on Regional Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for Global reporting
Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements in the areas of data analysis, reporting, and communication

Education/ Experience Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in a technical/economics related field (engineering, logistics, supply chain, procurement, R&D, or other related field),
Experience: 2+ years of Supply Chain experience with focus in Manufacturing, Packaging, CS&L, Procurement, Engineering and/ or product development.

Required Skills

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
Coordination and autonomy to keep track of Project's KPIs
Leadership and capability to drive changes
Demonstrated project management skills and is able to work in virtual teams
Practical experience with plant and/or product cost structures, SAP and BW
Possesses strong mathematical skills and is able to analyze large amounts of complex data to formulate conclusions and recommendations
Demonstrated strong verbal, written and presentation communication skills
Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Slides and Docs)

Preferred Skills

Working knowledge of higher level analytical and reporting tools (SmartSheets, Minitab, Google data studio, Tableau, Domo or similar)
Leadership Competencies Relationship Building: Establishing trust; initiating and developing long-term relationships and networks as a key priority.
Influence/Negotiation: Developing an environment that facilitates cooperation; seeking mutually beneficial solutions; persisting in the resolution of important issues.

Salary Range $68,880 - $96,400 USD

Pay is based on several non discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, education, skills and office location. In addition to your salary, Colgate-Palmolive offers a performance based bonus and competitive benefits package
