Job Description:

A financial services firm is filling a position for a Remote Application Support Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:
Triaging and resolving software application issues
Assisting in resolution of product issues through client/customer education
Supporting key business events and data migrations
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in a relevant Business or IT related support role
Analytical, troubleshooting and debugging skills
Ability to collect and analyze complex material and data, and present it in accessible formats
Good working knowledge of SQL Server, Access, JavaScript and HTML
Demonstrated experience liaising with stakeholders
