The Tire & Wheel / Alignment Technician (Service Specialist) is responsible for overseeing all activity within our service shop. They ensure shop safety guidelines are followed, paperwork is completed and maintaining shop inventory, product, tools and equipment. Service Specialists are generally offered as a full-time position offering a family atmosphere, great pay as well as future growth potential. We also offer affordable benefits with a 401k, paid holidays and we are closed on Sundays. Prior experience as an automotive technician, auto tech, tire technician, tire tech, wheel specialist, alignment tech is very helpful to the success at this job. Requirements/Responsibilities Alignment / Tire & Wheel Technician (tire tech) Requirements: Must have have at least 3 years experience in: * Front end steering and suspension repair * Alignment Certified * Ability to mount, balance, install tires & wheels * Use of tire machine and balance machine Additionally: * Overseeing all activity in the installation shop * Place product and supply orders * Check-in delivered merchandise * Label merchandise with item numbers * Organize delivered merchandise * Handle “Return to Vendor” merchandise when necessary * Identify and properly tag all returned products * Clean and maintain returned products * Maintain an organized inventory system * Control parts spending * Must be able to lift and organize heavy product Other Requirements: * Valid State Driver License with a clean driving history * Pass drug screen & background check * Professional Proficiency in English Benefits: * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Health insurance * Opportunities for advancement * Paid time off * Paid training * Vision insurance * Plus Bonus on EVERY New Work Order completed Special Instructions Please do not send any emails, resumes, or call.
