success by ensuring budgets and financial projections are met. Lead
the recruitment and retention of top-tier management talent.
Implement business controls and customer service strategies across
all levels. Regularly visit units to ensure company standards and
policies are maintained. Support ongoing training programs that
boost staff performance and enhance customer service. Collaborate
on marketing strategies that drive district growth. Maintain
optimal staffing levels and develop retention strategies. Enforce
food safety standards and health/sanitation regulations across
locations. Monitor cash, property, product, and equipment control
procedures. Conduct audits to ensure compliance with safety and
labor regulations. Complete administrative tasks and reports with
