possess strong sales acumen, an understanding of the financial

processes from planning to execution. Develop and execute strategic
sales plans to expand customer base and achieve sales targets
within the assigned territory. Cultivate lasting relationships with
existing customers while identifying potential new clients to
enhance market penetration. Conduct market research and analysis to
understand industry trends and customer needs, adapting sales
tactics accordingly. Negotiate contracts and close agreements,
ensuring thorough compliance with company policies and legal
guidelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including
marketing and customer service, to optimize the customer experience
and resolve any issues. Monitor performance metrics and sales
progress through CRM tools, refining strategies as needed to hit
and exceed financial targets. Proven skills in sales, negotiation,
and strategic planning Strong analytical abilities with a talent
for understanding market dynamics Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills, with a knack for persuasive communication
Adept at using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Capable of
managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified Sales
Professional (CSP) preferred Relevant financial services industry
