Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. A contract
occupational therapist is needed to provide specialized therapy
services in an early childhood educational setting in Kansas City,
MO. This role is onsite at an elementary school with a focus on
supporting young learners through therapeutic interventions
designed to enhance their developmental and functional skills. Key
responsibilities include: - Delivering occupational therapy
services within an educational framework to support students'
academic and social participation - Collaborating with educators
and support staff to develop individualized treatment plans -
Monitoring student progress and documenting outcomes according to
school and state guidelines - Participating in team meetings and
parent conferences as appropriate Preferred qualifications and
experience: - Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) with experience
in school-based settings - Familiarity with early childhood
programs and developmental milestones - Strong communication skills
for effective collaboration with educational teams and families -
Ability to manage caseloads efficiently and maintain accurate
records Location: - Onsite position in Kansas City, Missouri, at an
elementary education center specializing in early childhood
programs Contract Details: - Position available from March 26,
2026, through May 22, 2026 - Approximately 35 hours per week
